I am a consultant with over twenty years of professional experience in the field of analysis, development and evaluation of education policies and systems, vocational professional training and active labor policies, at international and national level.
Freelance. Affiliated with the Polytechnic Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Udine for the Scientific Disciplinary Sector ING-IND/35.
Graduated in Philosophy and then in Pedagogy, I subsequently obtained a PhD in Management Engineering, developing my interests in the evaluation field.
I have participated as a senior researcher / project leader / scientific manager in more than 40 research projects at international or national level.
The main organizations for which I have carried out professional activities include:
- Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD): analysis of the Italian non-academic tertiary education system.
- National Institute for the Analysis of Public Policies (INAPP ): national expert in the definition of intervention models for the development and full implementation of continuing vocational training (in enterprises) policies.
- Ministry of Education: national monitoring of the Gelmini reform in technical education.
- National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research (INDIRE): various national projects to support the reform of technical and professional education (integration of scientific teachings, national guidelines for school-work alternation).
- National Institute for the Evaluation of the Educational and Training System (INVALSI): validation of items for national tests, analyses and studies on European evaluation systems in the field of IVET.
- European Vocational Training Association (EVTA): selection of successful models for e-Learning in the European context.
- G. Brodolini Foundation: evaluation of the national Industry 4.0 Program in relation to the state of implementation of Competence Centers, Digital Innovation Hubs and technology transfer to Italian SMEs; responsible for several national surveys on the continuing vocational education system in enterprises.
- IPRASE of Trentino (Provincial institute for educational research – Autonomous province of Trento): comparative analyses on Education policies in the OECD area, scientific supervision and validation of the Institute’s research production, evaluation of system actions in the education sector of the ESF in Trentino.
- FEDERMECCANICA (National Association of mechanical industries – Confindustria) -MIUR-INDIRE (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research ): national project about the Traineeship model for school-work alternation, within a network of 40 schools.
- Veneto Region: development of part of the implementing decrees of the recent regional law on the education system.
